PAYMENT POLICY, TERMS & CONDITION –

Kindly be informed we request full payment as our payment policy is as follows –

  • Pay an advance or full payment at the time of making the booking.
  • Balance payments must be pay full amount prior to departure date. (It will adjust type of tour) Karusan Holidays reserves the right to alter or change already published prices on the quotations without notice in the event of currency fluctuation, government taxes, or any such costs increases that is outside Holidays.
  • If you prefer to pay for your booking with a bank transfer, please contact Karusan Holidays and send us all the information regarding the booking, names of passengers, flight, accommodation and Departure / arrival date.
  •  Some bookings are confirmed instantly. However, packages that include overnight accommodation and transportation charges are may take a bit higher. So please try to contact our sales representatives before two business days (48 hours) to re-confirm the booking.
  • The travel documents will be delivered to you once the full payment has been received. You will receive your travel documents: e-tickets, vouchers and itinerary via email or you can collect it at our office. And please print out these documents, as you will need to show them for all services during your visit.
  • If you wish to pay for your booking with a credit card or any debit card, a bank service charge of 3% applies and will be added to the final invoice amount.
  • All Prices quoted on Karusan Holidays are in Rupees (LKR) and per person, unless otherwise specified. All payments and refunds are due in Rupees. Karusan Holidays is not responsible for any changes in currency exchange rates that might occur from the time of booking until a refund is made.

CANCELLATION:

If you cancel your bookings, we will charge a cancellation fee as follows:

Prior to tour arrival date (FIT customers / under 14 pax)

  • By 15 days                                                               No charge
  • By 14 days to 8 days                              50% of tour charge
  • By 7 days to 4 days                                80% of tour charge
  • By 3 days to on the day                      100% of tour charge

Prior to tour arrival date (Group customers / above 15 pax)

  • By 30 days                                                                No charge
  • By 29 days to 15 days                             20% of tour charge
  • By 14 days to 7 days                                50% of tour charge
  • By 6 days to on the day                        100% of tour charge

DAY 01 – Arrive Delhi – Chandigarh – 5/6 hrs drive

Arrive Delhi International Airport by morning flight and straight drive to Chandigarh and afternoon check-into your hotel. Time permitting, visit Rock Garden, Sukhna Lake and drive past of impressive Govt. Buildings. Overnight stay at Hotel.

DAY 02 – Chandigarh – Shimla (B) – 4.5 hrs drive

This morning drive to Shimla, it presents substantial evidence of an attempt of the ‘sahibs’ to build an English town in India. Relics of styles long forgotten in England are still evident here. On arrival, Visit Kufri- 16 Kms away from Shimla, which during winters (Usually from End Dec to Feb-March Months) provide ski slopes & is Centre of Winter Sports. Optional you may enjoy a pony ride to go around the hills to enjoy some excellent View of the Himalayas. Return to Shimla & explore “The Mall”, take the lift at Own costs to get to Mall road, the nerve Centre of Shimla, take a stroll, the shops along and around are worth exploring. Open Spaces & plenty of enchanting walks present excellent views of mountain ranges.

DAY 03 – Shimla – Manali (B) – 8/9 hrs drive

Drive to Manali through beautiful Mountain Roads with fantastic scenery, drive past the Kullu Valley to get to Manali, popularly called as the Valley of the Gods because of its mind-blowing scenery. Check-into your hotel. Evening time permitting, you may take a good walk around your hotel or Mall Road.

DAY 04 – Manali (B) 

Solang Valley: A gorgeous dale, nestling between Beas Kund & Solang village, presents picturesque scenery of snow-clad mountains and glaciers (Only during Winter times), popularly called Snow Point, it’s a perfect place for skiing usually during End Dec to Feb/March months. It’s also a spot for adventure activities like horse riding, paragliding, skiing etc which based on your period of travel & local conditions during your visit. Valley holds a shrine of Lord Shiva on top of a hill. Later visit Dhoongri Temple, dedicated to the goddess Hadimba. Nearby are the hot-Sulphur springs at Vashisht perched on a steep hill-side below the Temple. Evening time permitting take a stroll on the Mall Road, and you may pick-up famous Kullu Shawls and colorful caps.

DAY 05 – Manali – Chandigarh (B) > 9 hrs drive

After brkfast at hotel drive to Chandigarh. Time permitting, visit famous Sector 17 market for some good shopping. Overnight at Chandigarh.

DAY 06 – Chandigarh – Delhi-Dep (B) > 6 hrs drive

After breakfast checkout from hotel and transfer to Delhi Airport connect your onward Int’l flight.
