PAYMENT POLICY, TERMS & CONDITION –

Kindly be informed we request full payment as our payment policy is as follows –

Pay an advance or full payment at the time of making the booking.
Balance payments must be pay full amount prior to departure date. (It will adjust type of tour) Karusan Holidays reserves the right to alter or change already published prices on the quotations without notice in the event of currency fluctuation, government taxes, or any such costs increases that is outside Holidays.
If you prefer to pay for your booking with a bank transfer, please contact Karusan Holidays and send us all the information regarding the booking, names of passengers, flight, accommodation and Departure / arrival date.
Some bookings are confirmed instantly. However, packages that include overnight accommodation and transportation charges are may take a bit higher. So please try to contact our sales representatives before two business days (48 hours) to re-confirm the booking.
The travel documents will be delivered to you once the full payment has been received. You will receive your travel documents: e-tickets, vouchers and itinerary via email or you can collect it at our office. And please print out these documents, as you will need to show them for all services during your visit.
If you wish to pay for your booking with a credit card or any debit card, a bank service charge of 3% applies and will be added to the final invoice amount.
All Prices quoted on Karusan Holidays are in Rupees (LKR) and per person, unless otherwise specified. All payments and refunds are due in Rupees. Karusan Holidays is not responsible for any changes in currency exchange rates that might occur from the time of booking until a refund is made.

If you cancel your bookings, we will charge a cancellation fee as follows:

By 15 days No charge
By 14 days to 8 days 50% of tour charge
By 7 days to 4 days 80% of tour charge
By 3 days to on the day 100% of tour charge

Prior to tour arrival date (Group customers / above 15 pax)

By 30 days No charge
By 29 days to 15 days 20% of tour charge
By 14 days to 7 days 50% of tour charge
By 6 days to on the day 100% of tour charge

DAY 01 – ARRIVAL TO BAKU

Welcome to Baku. Upon arrival, you will be met at the airport by your guide and transfer to hotel. Please note standard check-in time is at 14:00.Rest of the day is free at leisure.

DAY 02 – BAKU TOUR

Breakfast at hotel. At 8:00 am you will be met by your driver and guide.

Old city tour (Maiden Tower, Shirvanshah Palace, etc.) (OUTSIDE PHOTO SHOOT)- Baku started from the Old City, as it is obvious from the name. Both the locals and tourists love this city in the city – here is the main historical attractions of Baku. Serenity and eternity peace among the ancient walls attract everyone. Walking around Fountain Square-The square is a public gathering place, especially after business hours and during the weekend. It is an attractive tourist destination with many boutiques, restaurants, shops, hotels and passage.

Boat tour in Caspian sea-. During the boat tour, experienced guides tell the history of the Caspian Sea, its wealth, and existing problems. At the same time – you can admire a unique panorama of Baku, with the opening of the sea. Note: Boat tour depends on weather

End of above tours return back to hotel.

DAY 03 – SIGHTSEEING OF GABALA

Breakfast at the hotel. At 8:00am you will be met by your driver and guide.

Transfer to Gabala. On the way to Gabala we will stay in Shamakhi region. Gabala is an administrative center and is the historic town in ancient times was known as the capital of Caucasian Albania. The ruins of the old city are located 20 kilometers to southwest of the present center of the district. After this will process to Nohur lake tour- Nohur Lake within the populated area near Gabala-Ismayilli-Baku motorway is one of the natural attractions in Azerbaijan visited by international and local tourists. It is located in 5 km East of Gabala city, about 200 km away from Baku.

The lake is surrounded by the mountains called Yumuru, Goydag, and Gulluburun. The length of Nohur lake at present time is 1925 m, width is 1355 m and its total area is 240 ha. Maximum depth reaches 24 m and volume of the water is about 16 million m3. It is situated in 700 meters above sea level.

End of above tours return back to hotel.

DAY 04 – HEYDAR ALIYEV CENTER

Breakfast at the hotel. At 8:00am you will be met by your driver and guide. Day 04 will have like bit of long tour as per below.

The Heydar Aliyev Center (outside view) is a wave-like building rises from a bed of concrete. Its immobile white walls look as though they have been frozen mid-ripple. The abstract architecture is unlike anything else in the capital city. Flame Towers Complex – the city’s tallest building. The height of 182 m. Flame Towers – consisting of three high-rise buildings in the complex. These hostels, apartments and offices are included.

Baku Boulevard – Did you know that the Baku Seaside Boulevard, construction of which started back in 1909, is considered one of the longest promenades on the planet? The total length of the Seaside Boulevard is now 5.75 km. Baku Boulevard is not only about strollers, green areas, park benches and the sea; there are quite many very interesting buildings located there: a 75 meter- high parachute jump tower, the new Carpet Museum (built in the shape of a rolled-up carpet), the International Mugham (Azerbaijani national music) Centre, and even the charming “Baku Venice”.

DAY 05 – DEPARTURE FROM BAKU

Breakfast at hotel. Enjoy your final breakfast at your hotel, take a walk or get some last-minute souvenirs before your check out, when your driver will meet you to assist with luggage and take you to the airport for your departure flight
