Most famous places to visit in Osaka, Universal Studios Japan, Osaka Castle, Osaka Castle Park, Shitennoji, Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan and more.

PAYMENT POLICY, TERMS & CONDITION –

Kindly be informed we request full payment as our payment policy is as follows –

Pay an advance or full payment at the time of making the booking.
Balance payments must be pay full amount prior to departure date. (It will adjust type of tour) Karusan Holidays reserves the right to alter or change already published prices on the quotations without notice in the event of currency fluctuation, government taxes, or any such costs increases that is outside Holidays.
If you prefer to pay for your booking with a bank transfer, please contact Karusan Holidays and send us all the information regarding the booking, names of passengers, flight, accommodation and Departure / arrival date.
Some bookings are confirmed instantly. However, packages that include overnight accommodation and transportation charges are may take a bit higher. So please try to contact our sales representatives before two business days (48 hours) to re-confirm the booking.
The travel documents will be delivered to you once the full payment has been received. You will receive your travel documents: e-tickets, vouchers and itinerary via email or you can collect it at our office. And please print out these documents, as you will need to show them for all services during your visit.
If you wish to pay for your booking with a credit card or any debit card, a bank service charge of 3% applies and will be added to the final invoice amount.
All Prices quoted on Karusan Holidays are in Rupees (LKR) and per person, unless otherwise specified. All payments and refunds are due in Rupees. Karusan Holidays is not responsible for any changes in currency exchange rates that might occur from the time of booking until a refund is made.

Booking is not made yet and booking confirmation will be made based on hotel availability.
Changes may apply to the itinerary depending on weather, traffic and any other conditions.
Tour fare may change depending on availability of hotel & coach etc.

CANCELLATION:

If you cancel your bookings, we will charge a cancellation fee as follows:

Prior to tour arrival date (FIT customers / under 14 pax)

By 15 days No charge
By 14 days to 8 days 50% of tour charge
By 7 days to 4 days 80% of tour charge
By 3 days to on the day 100% of tour charge

Prior to tour arrival date (Group customers / above 15 pax)

By 30 days No charge
By 29 days to 15 days 20% of tour charge
By 14 days to 7 days 50% of tour charge
By 6 days to on the day 100% of tour charge

Day 01 – Arrival to Kansai Airport

Arrive to Kansai Airport (KIX) and our representative officer will welcome you outside of airport arrival gate. After Transfer to hotel with English speaking assistant. (Normal check-in time is from 15:00 -) Free & easy rest of the day.

Day 02 – Nara Sightseeing Tour

After breakfast we will start 09:00 pick up by local guide and transfer to Nara city Nara sightseeing one-day tour with guide. After Visit Nara Park & Todaiji Temple transfer back to Osaka. Visit Osaka castle (Photo stop) and transfer to Dotombori & Shinsaibashi for shopping. Evening back to hotel.

Day 03 – Hiroshima Full Day Tour

After breakfast picked up by local guide and start one-day tour of Hiroshima. Take bullet train from Shin-Osaka station to Hiroshima station (approx. 1.45hrs) Arrival to Hiroshima station, pick up by coach and start tour in Hiroshima. visit Hiroshima Peace Memorial park & Museum, Mazda Ujina East Factory (if time permit and available only) Transfer to Miyajima Island & take ferry to island, Itsukushima shrine (UNESCO world heritage site) Transfer to Hiroshima station and take bullet train back to Osaka. 20:00 Picked up by coach and back to hotel.

Day 04 – Kyoto Tour – Tokyo

After breakfast 09:00 picked up by local guide and transfer to Kyoto city. visit Kinkakuji Temple (Golden pallion), Nijo castle, Kiyomizu Temple and Ninenzaka & Sannenzaka. 16:00 Transfer to Kyoto station and take bullet train to Tokyo station. Arrival Tokyo station, pick up by guide and transfer to hotel. check-in, free & easy at your leisure

Day 05 – Mt. Fuji Tour

After enjoy breakfast picked up by local guide and start one-day tour. Tokyo to Mt Fuji area by private transfer (approx. 2 hrs) Visit Mt Fuji 5^th station. *If weather if not good, we visit Oshino Hakkai village instead. Enjoy Lake Ashi cruising & Komagatake ropeway. Transfer back to Tokyo, 20:00 back to hotel.

Day 06 – Disney Land Tour

Picked up by local guide and private transfer to Disney Land. Enjoy full day at Tokyo Disney Land (One-day park ticket included) After enjoyed Disney Land, transfer to hotel with local guide.

Day 07 – Departure from Narita

After breakfast check out hotel on own and picked up by English assistant at hotel. transfer to airport for your flight. check in your flight and end of service.
