PAYMENT POLICY, TERMS & CONDITION –

Kindly be informed we request full payment as our payment policy is as follows –

  • Pay an advance or full payment at the time of making the booking.
  • Balance payments must be pay full amount prior to departure date. (It will adjust type of tour) Karusan Holidays reserves the right to alter or change already published prices on the quotations without notice in the event of currency fluctuation, government taxes, or any such costs increases that is outside Holidays.
  • If you prefer to pay for your booking with a bank transfer, please contact Karusan Holidays and send us all the information regarding the booking, names of passengers, flight, accommodation and Departure / arrival date.
  •  Some bookings are confirmed instantly. However, packages that include overnight accommodation and transportation charges are may take a bit higher. So please try to contact our sales representatives before two business days (48 hours) to re-confirm the booking.
  • The travel documents will be delivered to you once the full payment has been received. You will receive your travel documents: e-tickets, vouchers and itinerary via email or you can collect it at our office. And please print out these documents, as you will need to show them for all services during your visit.
  • If you wish to pay for your booking with a credit card or any debit card, a bank service charge of 3% applies and will be added to the final invoice amount.
  • All Prices quoted on Karusan Holidays are in Rupees (LKR) and per person, unless otherwise specified. All payments and refunds are due in Rupees. Karusan Holidays is not responsible for any changes in currency exchange rates that might occur from the time of booking until a refund is made.

CANCELLATION:

If you cancel your bookings, we will charge a cancellation fee as follows:

Prior to tour arrival date (FIT customers / under 14 pax)

  • By 15 days                                                               No charge
  • By 14 days to 8 days                              50% of tour charge
  • By 7 days to 4 days                                80% of tour charge
  • By 3 days to on the day                      100% of tour charge

Prior to tour arrival date (Group customers / above 15 pax)

  • By 30 days                                                                No charge
  • By 29 days to 15 days                             20% of tour charge
  • By 14 days to 7 days                                50% of tour charge
  • By 6 days to on the day                        100% of tour charge

DAY 01 – ARRIVAL TO NARITA AND TRANSFER TO KYOTO
                                                                Arrive to Narita Airport (NRT) and our representative officer will welcome you outside of airport arrival gate. After Transfer to Kyoto hotel by bullet train with English speaking guide assistant. (Normal check-in time is from 15:00 -) Free & easy rest of the day.

DAY 02 – KYOTO SIGHTSEEING TOUR (BREAKFAST / LUNCH)

After breakfast we will transfer to visit Nijo Castle, Kinkakuji Temple, Kyoto Imperial Palace. After Japanese set Lunch visit Fushimi Inari Shrine, Sanjusangendo, Kiyomizu Temple. After enjoy your excursion return to Hotel at Kyoto.

DAY 03 – HIROSHIMA (BREAKFAST)

After breakfast we will transfer to Hiroshima by bullet train. In Hiroshima we will visit Peace Park, Atomic Bomb Museum, Miyajima. After enjoy your excursion return to Hotel at Kyoto by bullet train.

DAY 04 – KYOTO / NAGOYA (BREAKFAST)

After breakfast checkout from the hotel in kyoto and transfer to the Nagoya by Bullet Train. Evening checking to the hotel at Nagoya and free with your own activities.

DAY 05 – NAGOYA / TOKYO (BREAKFAST)

After breakfast checkout from the hotel in Nagoya and transfer to the Tokyo by Bullet Train. Before that you can visit TOYOTA Commemorative Museum and visit Sakae for shopping. Evening checking to the hotel at Tokyo and free with your own activities.

DAY 06 – FUJI / HAKONE (BREAKFAST)
                                              　                          After breakfast at hotel and transfer Mt. Fuji fifth station (subject to weather). After that get the experience Tokyo cable car and Ropeway (subject to availability) across Tokyo Bay and Mount Fuji. After Enjoy sightseeing near Japan’s iconic Mt. Fuji, with Lake Ashi cruise and disbanded tour at Hakone. Evening back to the hotel at Tokyo and free with your own activities.

DAY 07 – TOKYO (BREAKFAST)

After breakfast at hotel in Tokyo we will take you for Tokyo sightseeing tour. Here you can explore Tokyo Tower(150m), Meiji Shrine, Akasaka Guest House (pass by), National Diet Building (pass by), Imperial Palace Garden, Ginza (pass by), Hamarikyu Garden, Sumida River Cruise (Hinode to Asakusa), Asauksa & Nakamise, Kappabashi (pass by), Ueno or Akihabara (pass by), tour disbands. Evening return to the hotel at Tokyo and free with your own activities.

DAY 08 – TOKYO / NARITA AIRPORT (BREAKFAST)

Enjoy your breakfast and afternoon checkout from the hotel. Our guide will take you to Narita airport for your return flight to Colombo.
