PAYMENT POLICY, TERMS & CONDITION –

Kindly be informed we request full payment as our payment policy is as follows –

  • Pay an advance or full payment at the time of making the booking.
  • Balance payments must be pay full amount prior to departure date. (It will adjust type of tour) Karusan Holidays reserves the right to alter or change already published prices on the quotations without notice in the event of currency fluctuation, government taxes, or any such costs increases that is outside Holidays.
  • If you prefer to pay for your booking with a bank transfer, please contact Karusan Holidays and send us all the information regarding the booking, names of passengers, flight, accommodation and Departure / arrival date.
  •  Some bookings are confirmed instantly. However, packages that include overnight accommodation and transportation charges are may take a bit higher. So please try to contact our sales representatives before two business days (48 hours) to re-confirm the booking.
  • The travel documents will be delivered to you once the full payment has been received. You will receive your travel documents: e-tickets, vouchers and itinerary via email or you can collect it at our office. And please print out these documents, as you will need to show them for all services during your visit.
  • If you wish to pay for your booking with a credit card or any debit card, a bank service charge of 3% applies and will be added to the final invoice amount.
  • All Prices quoted on Karusan Holidays are in Rupees (LKR) and per person, unless otherwise specified. All payments and refunds are due in Rupees. Karusan Holidays is not responsible for any changes in currency exchange rates that might occur from the time of booking until a refund is made.

If you cancel your bookings, we will charge a cancellation fee as follows:

  • By 7 days to 4 days                                80% of tour charge
  • By 3 days to on the day                      100% of tour charge

  • By 29 days to 15 days                             20% of tour charge
  • By 14 days to 7 days                                50% of tour charge

DAY 01 – ARRIVAL TO PHNOM PENH

Welcome to Phnom Penh. Upon arrival, you will be met at the airport by your guide and transfer to hotel. Please note standard check-in time is at 14:00.Rest of the day is free at leisure.

DAY 02 – PHNOM PENH SIGHTSEEING TOUR
  

Breakfast at hotel. At 8:00 am you will be met by your driver and guide.

Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum – a former school converted to a detention center during the Khmer Rouge. Equally as harrowing are the Killing Fields of Choeung Ek. Russian Market, the largest in Cambodia, where everything is sold from carvings to jewelry, clothes and souvenirs. We then enjoy lunch at a local restaurant . After lunch you will visit Wat Phnom, a beautiful hilltop temple with manicured gardens.Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda, name for the 5,000 silver tiles that cover the pagoda’s floor, known for its collection of gold, silver, crystal and bronze Buddha statues.1 hours sunset cruise on the Mekong River. Dinner at local restaurant.

Return back to hotel.

DAY 03 – SILK ISLAND

Breakfast at the hotel. At 8:00 am you will be met by your driver and guide.

Silk Island, home to a silk weaving village and silk center – to see the silk making process from beginning to end, a traditional craft in Phnom Penh. Koh Dach Pagoda, a bright yellow temple where we can see a variety of the island’s Water Festival boats that were designed for battle more than 1,000 years ago. If we have ample time, we stop at the nearby beach.

Lunch at local restaurant. Soon after the lunch will travel Central Market, built in 1937 during the French colonial period. Selling gold and silver jewelry, electronic equipment, clothing, fake watches and bags, suitcases, dried and fresh food and lots of souvenirs.Wat Lanka, one of the oldest pagodas in Phnom Penh. It was established as a sanctuary for the Holy Writings and a meeting place for Cambodian and Sri Lankan monks.Independence Monument, modelled on the central tower of Angkor Wat, Independence Monument was built in 1958 to commemorate the country’s independence from France in 1953. It also serves as a memorial to Cambodia’s war dead.Aeon Mall which houses brand stores such as Sheridan, Mango, Levi’s and Adidas… There is an extensive food court on the top floor, along with a modern entertainment complex, including a cinema, karaoke lounge, bowling, arcades and even ice skating. End of the tour Dinner at local restaurant.

DAY 04 – DEPARTURE FROM PHNOM PENH

Breakfast at hotel. Enjoy your final breakfast at your hotel, take a walk or get some last-minute souvenirs before your check out, when your driver will meet you to assist with luggage and take you to the airport for your departure flight
